While it is true that sometimes we like dessert for breakfast, when we order French Bread as our main course, we look for a little more balance. Unlike hotcakes and waffles , French bread is slower to absorb maple or preserves, so it attracts those with a palate that does not favor sweet over salty. The secret to achieving perfection in this Brunch classic is that “bread matters” and here in House we bake our own Brioche Bread and then bathe it in milk, fresh egg and brown it in butter and dress it with strawberries, bananas, and warm maple honey and leave you dreaming of its heavenly taste. The chilaquiles have evolved from being a simple home-made breakfast solution to use tortillas last night to something that is almost on par with the sophistication evoked by Benedictine Eggs. The Afromex of House are super abundant and the fried tortilla covered with a smoked tomato sauce and morita pepper, are really amazing.

We love Smoothie in the morning, but sometimes we want to start the day with something that feels a little more substantial and requires, you know, to eat. Welcome the Smoothie bowl! a breakfast trend that we totally agree with, since (1) allows you to pack a crazy amount of nutrients in a bowl, and (2) makes you feel like you're eating ice cream for breakfast. It is really a heavenly bowl, healthy and does not leave you super full! And the best part of the thickest consistency of the smoothie bowl? It is that the chef can cover it perfectly with abundant Blackberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Coconut & Granola , without sinking, for that perfect Instagram.
You can't order a more classic dish than "Benny" eggs. Here our chef chose to return to the original and use roasted rustic loaf bread instead of the predictable English Muffin. The bread is covered with turkey ham, poached eggs and finished with a creamy Dutch sauce "De Chipotle" Contour potatoes wedge with paprika . It could not sound better!
