Reservation Policy

Payment Policies:

You can book by making a deposit or a bank transfer for 50% of the total cost of the lodging nights, and the rest to be paid on the day of your arrival. Or if you prefer, you can provide us with the details of a credit card to check in or verify for 50% of the total cost, and the rest to be paid on the day of your arrival. The info that you must send us, if you wish to do so, is the following:

Cancellation Policies: Please note that: All cancellations must be sent in writing to: reservaciones@lascasasbb.com. 

  • If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge.
  • If you cancel the reservation 7 to 14 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 10% of the entire stay. 
  • If cancellation occurs less than 6 days before arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.
  • Cancellations during high season (Easter, Easter Week, Summer Holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Holidays as September 16, February 5, March 21 and May 5) will have a charge 100% of the stay.

DEPARTURE BEFORE TIME OR NO SHOW: The charge will be made of 100% of the total of the reservation.
